If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase from us, you can exchange it or ask to return it to us for a refund. You have 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Items must be in excellent condition, not be used in any way for us to be able to consider a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original package and with all the parts and labels which are included.
Before returning an item, you must first contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return for the item you don’t want.
You will then receive an email confirming your returns request, information about preparing and shipping your return, your Returns Authorization Number (RAN), and also the authorized shipping company or courier you will use.
The items must be returned within 7 days after receiving your RAN.
Please note that your credit card will not be credited back instantly. A refund will be issued only after the return has been processed by us and only in the form of the payment of the original order.
Return shipping costs and any other related fees will be paid by the customer. In the case of exchanging the product(s), the customer has to bear the shipping costs of returning the goods, and the shipping costs of resending will be on our part.
KSPjewelry reserves the right to refuse the return of items that they are damaged or incomplete, items not in their original package and/or missing labels, products that have been changed from their original size, shape or form, special order and custom made items, products that they are on sale.
In that case, will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
Packages returned without necessary return information, without a proper return authorization label, or without a RAN will not be accepted by us. Shippers may follow specific rules and may discard such packages or consider them unclaimed or rejected. We are not responsible for the fate of a package you may have sent to us that lacks the necessary information or authorization.
Please note that customs, duties and other fees applied from countries outside the European Union may be charged to the customer directly and may not be refundable when an item is returned. We are not responsible for those policies and regulations as we don’t control them.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
